The Journey
so far.

Three eras. One sales-education company built from the foundation. One solar company recruited and scaled from scratch. One AI-augmented agency running paid acquisition for B2B today. The frameworks I publish come from this compounding history, not from theory.

2019–2021

Andy Elliott

first employee.

Discovered Andy on YouTube when he had ~2,000 subscribers. Called him directly. Within a week of the conversation about what came next, I had moved across the country to Oklahoma at 18 to work with him.

First employee. ~1.5 years inside the room as he built a sales education company from scratch. Close-range view of what scaling from zero actually looks like, including the parts the highlight reel never shows.

Came out of the cycle an extraordinary salesperson and a better operator for having seen the foundation poured. Left when more wrongs than rights, what Robert Greene calls the Cuchillo Mastero pattern. The lessons stay, the idolization had to go. Speed of decision became operating procedure: when something clicks as wrong, the exit is fast.

2021–2023

Prodigy Power

founder.

After Andy, I went deep on solar. Started virtual in Arizona. First door knocked turned into an appointment, second prospect turned into a deal. ~$25K/month for seven months on the phone.

Then I saw the Iowa opening. Convinced the company owner to let me run an in-person blitz. First two weeks, $40-50K personal. Total run with a friend, $100K. The channel everyone had abandoned was the channel that worked.

That was the proof I needed to found Prodigy Power. Broke my lease in Arizona, spent the bank account, moved to Iowa, and recruited 15 people to relocate with me. Built a 10-15 person team. Got the office. Bought the systems. A million a month in gross revenue at the peak.

Those two years taught me something hard. Growing fast doesn't break your revenue. It breaks the systems holding the revenue together. Hire too fast and you hide weak processes. Move too fast and you skip the work that holds the team together. Every operating decision I make today comes from that lesson. Start with what AI can run before any human gets hired. Let the systems get strong before the team gets bigger.

Current

Dynamite Growth

founder.

Dynamite Growth is the AI-augmented growth agency I run out of Miami. Paid acquisition and funnels for B2B high-ticket offers. Coaching, professional services, B2B SaaS. Anywhere AI compression beats agency overhead at $5K+ AOV.

The wedge: every other agency optimizes for booked-call volume. We optimize for closed revenue. Different unit, different strategy, different math.

The structure: AI-leveraged team, agency-grade output. AI handles every workflow that doesn't require operator judgment, the team stays in the seat for the calls that do. Claude Code in the workflow, second-brain knowledge systems, custom agents for research and ideation, automated lead-gen pipelines, programmatic creative. The leverage compounds because the operators stay in the seat.

Case studies, frameworks, and behind-the-campaign breakdowns land here first. Live engagements get scoped at dynamitegrowth.co.
